Refund and cancellation policy

Solved PDFs and paid tests on ExamPYQs are digital products that are delivered instantly after payment.

When we give a refund

• You were charged but the PDF or test was not unlocked in your account and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.
• You were charged twice for the same item.
• The file you received is damaged or is not the paper described, and we cannot replace it.

When we cannot refund

Once a PDF has been downloaded or a test has been started, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.

How to ask

Contact us within 7 days of payment with your registered email and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
